1. Ça se laisse manger! This is pretty good grub by any standard!
2. On en mangerait! If it's as good as it looks, count me in!
3. Manger avec les chevaux de bois: To 'skip it', to 'skip a meal', to go without food.
4. Manger de la vache enragée: To have to rough it, to be forced into a life of near total indigence.
5. Manger son blé en herbe: To destroy a financial venture for the sake of a quick profit.
6. Manger à tous les râteliers: To be an opportunist (by serving several masters or by receiving payments from different and often conflicting parties).
7. Manger la consigne:
